Will I receive a physical product when I make a purchase?

No, all products sold in this store are digital downloads. You will not receive any physical items in the mail.

 

When will I receive my purchase?

You'll receive your purchased digital download(s) within 10 minutes of your successful payment. You'll receive two emails: 

1) Your order confirmation

2) Your download instructions for your purchase.

Be sure to check your Spam or Promotions tab/folder for the email that contains your download instructions. Be patient, it'll arrive!

 

What is the return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of these products being digital, there are no returns or exchanges. No exceptions. 

 

Will my purchased digital download ever receive updates later on? If so, how would I get access to the new version?

Yes! If we improve/update our products for any reason and you have purchased the same product in the past, we will automatically send you an email with a link to download the newly updated one for no additional charge. You can choose to use it or continue using your existing one.

How do I access Google Sheets to use my tracker?

To access Google Sheets, you need to log in to your Google account or make a free Google Account (instructions here).

 

Can I also use my Google Sheets spreadsheets in Excel?

No. While Google Sheets and Excel are very similar, the spreadsheets sold in this store are exclusively for Google sheets. Importing them in Excel will cause them to break.

 

What currency are your Google Sheets products in?

The default currency being used in all spreadsheets is dollars ($). To change this, please do so manually using these instructions.

 

Can I use my planners in Google Sheets on my mobile device?

Yes, you can use your planners in Google Sheets on your mobile device(s) such as your phone or tablet by downloading the Google Sheets app from the app store. However, there is a better user experience when using the desktop version (on your computer).

 

Help! I'm not able to open my spreadsheet. I'm getting the error message "Sorry, unable to open the file at this time". What's going on?

Your Google account is likely full. When you purchase your spreadsheet, you need to make a copy of it on your Drive to be able to access it and add to it. If there is no space left on your Drive, you cannot do this. To fix this error, you need to either upgrade your Google account storage, or access it from another Google account that has storage remaining.

If your Drive isn't full but you still can't access it, try 1) clearing your cache, 2) opening it from an incognito tab, or 3) trying another browser. 

 

Help! I broke my spreadsheet/tracker. Can you provide support?

Unfortunately, no individual guidance/support is provided for our spreadsheets/trackers. Please follow the instructions provided (on the "Instructions" tab in your planner) to learn how to best make use of your purchase. When in doubt, re-download a fresh copy and start from scratch.
